At decoders.co.za, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.
1. Service Area
We currently ship to physical addresses within South Africa.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Private Bags, or PostNet locations as our couriers require a signature upon delivery.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 13:00 PM SAST will be processed the following business day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has contained your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Issues
decoders.co.za is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in logging a claim with the courier.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@decoders.co.za with photos of the damaged packaging and the item.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
